Alaska
Courses approved by the Alaska Bar Association for MCLE credit are found in the

Arizona
Any course in any of the above catalogs may be submitted for approval
as self-study credit. Arizona rules require lawyers to report this credit
themselves.
California
Taecan.com is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider.
As such, all our on-line CLE courses, except Florida Bar courses listed
as exceeding 2.0 CLER credit hours, are available for credit in the
state of California. Audio courses are available for participatory credit,
while text only/self-assessment test courses are available for self-study
credit.
Colorado
Pursuant to the Colorado Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal and Judicial Education's Reciprocity Rule, all our courses can be taken for credit by Colorodo attorneys. Attorneys must submit a Colorado Affidavit form with the section entitled "accreditation in another (mandatory CLE) state" completed. Or, submit a "Uniform Certificate of Attendance" along with a statement certifying that the CLE program is accredited in another mandatory CLE state. Also, indicate the name of the state and the number of credits awarded by that state.

Maine
Pursuant to the Maine State Bar Association's MCLE rules, all courses
offered in conjunction with with a state, county, or city bar organization,
are deemed automatically approved and entitled to MCLE credit in Maine.
Missouri
Taecan is pleased to offer for Self-Study credit, courses provided by the
Missouri Bar.
In addition, any course in any of the above catalogs qualifies for non-ethics self-study
CLE credit. Missouri attorneys are limited to six hours of self-study
CLE credit per reporting period. Audio programs DO NOT qualify for ethics credit.
Missouri rules require lawyers to report this credit themselves.
New York
Taecan is pleased to offer courses provided by the
New York City Bar.
In addition, all our courses are eligible for credit under New
York's approved jurisdiction procedures. Note, however, that on-line CLE
courses are not approved for "newly admitted" New York attorneys.
North Carolina

at any time within that period to complete the test.
