Peter currently serves as Business Development Manager for Microsoft's Internet Customer Unit. He was formerly the Director of Business and Legal Affairs for VXTREME, Inc of Sunnyvale, California, prior to its acquisition by Microsoft in 1997. At VXTREME he handled all legal matters for the company, as well as preparing the launch of the company's external video capture device product and managing the start-up of the company service business.

Peter has designed and developed computer assisted litigation support systems and practiced law in Silicon Valley. He was the Canadian Collegiate basketball player of the year (1985), a member of the Canadian National Basketball team and played professional basketball for PANATHINAIKOS Basketball Club, Athens Greece. His uniform was retired by the University of Waterloo, Canada, upon graduation.

When shown the business plan for the Taecan.com educational delivery system, Peter said: "The concept is a slam dunk. Let's execute on it!" We couldn't agree more, and we welcome him to the Board of Directors.
