Press Releases May 16, 1998: Ron Conway and John Grillos Become Board Members Ron Conway, a member of the Band of Angels and Director of Strategic Relationships for CBT Systems (one of the most respected computer based training companies in the world) has agreed to become a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Conway helped start Altos Computer Systems which was sold to the Acer Group in 1990. John Grillos, Managing General Partner of ITech (a major investor in Taecan.com), Managing Director of Soundview Venture Partners, and a member of the CBT Board of Directors has also agreed to join the Taecan Board. Mr. Grillos has significant financial and start-up experience, is well known in the venture industry, and will lend a critical perspective to Taecan.com's company development.
Mr. Conway's and Mr. Grillos' board memberships bring added experience and insight to the company's board of Directors.
