Perfect Access Speer and Taecom.com Announce Agreement to Deliver Online CLE

New York, NY, September 12, 2003 – Perfect Access Speer, a leading provider of software education and consulting for law firms and financial institutions, announced today a strategic alliance with Taecan.com, Inc., the world’s first distributor of aggregated content for national and international online mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE).

The agreement allows for Taecan.com to combine and digitize Perfect Access Speer’s content -- which focuses on various ways in which technology effects lawyers -- via online text, audio and video. These course offerings are then certified for CLE credit. The courses cover a wide range of topics, from Technology Risk Management, including Metadata Removal to Legal-specific Application Training.

Firms offering this Taecom.com-packaged online CLE will provide employees with an educational platform to tap into Perfect Access Speer’s expertise, which lies in tailoring technology and software applications to promote best operational practices, increased productivity, and effective continuous learning.

The initial offering will feature eight titles by October 2003, and between twenty and twenty-five titles by early 2004.
